These Terms of Service govern your use of https://calleridlookup.com/ and the Caller ID Lookup phone lookup service operated by Caller ID Lookup. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
This is a starter terms page for the website. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.
Caller ID Lookup lets you submit a phone number and receive carrier and line information when a result is available. A result may include whether the number appears valid, the carrier name, the line type (such as mobile, landline, or VoIP), and a general location such as a region or country.
The service does not identify the private individual who owns a phone number. A sample name on any page is placeholder text only and is not a lookup result.
Phone data comes from third-party sources and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Numbers are ported, reassigned, and spoofed. A carrier or location result is not proof of who called you, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment.
You may use the service for your own personal information. You may not use the site or its results to harass, threaten, stalk, or harm anyone, to break the law, or to obtain information you are not allowed to collect.
You may not use the site or its results for employment, housing, credit, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose that would require compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or a similar law. Caller ID Lookup is not a consumer reporting agency.
You do not need an account to run a lookup. We may limit how many lookups a visitor can run, refuse abusive traffic, and change or discontinue the service at any time.
The Caller ID Lookup name, site design, and content on https://calleridlookup.com/ belong to Caller ID Lookup or its licensors. You may not copy the site or present it as your own.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Caller ID Lookup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a lookup result. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
